The Villa is located inside a residential park and is enclosed by its charming garden and outdoor area and dry stone walls. Plenty of cosy spots for dining alfresco or reading a book. Inside, the villa is spacious and cosy, high ceilings with exposed wooden beams and terracotta paved floors. The décor is a both tasteful and comfortable and the living room with fireplace and kitchen both look out onto the large terrace. There is 1 double with ensuite, 1 twin and 1 single bedrooms and another 2 bathrooms. There is also a single sofa-bed for an extra guest.

Villa Niki is very close to the small town of Nicolosi, 700 metres above sea level on the south side of Mount Etna and 20 km away from Catania. The smaller surrounding villages such as Zafferana, Pedara, Trecastagni, Bronte are all very typical and represent a particular style used throughout this volcanic landscape.
