The spacious outside area is complimented by the cosy and bright interior. The villa is made up of two buildings, the main house and a seperate detached annex. The main house comprises of a nice living room, dining room, two kitchens, three bedrooms (1double and 2 single) and two bathrooms (hydro masage shower). The annex has its own kitchen and two more bedrooms (1 double and 1 single) and one bathroom.

The area

This property is completely surrounded by a magnificent landscape, which is part of a protected marine area. Situated only meters from the shoreline on the southern side of Siracusa, one of Italy's most seductive historical cities. This area has become popular with those who enjoy underwater exploring, submerged archaeological courses and the numerous grottos that have been discovered.

Siracusa and its beautiful ancient quarter ‘Ortgia’ and remarkable Greek theatre where tragedies are still performed every year is only a short drive away as is the Capital of Baroque ‘Noto’. Also nearby is Cava Grande, a spectacular gorge and the deepest canyon in Europe: a series of rock pools, waterfalls and ancient cave-homes.
