Villa overview
Villa Castellamare is a lovely villa with a swimming pool set on the north west coast of Sicily, not far from Castellammare del Golfo. The surrounding area is very beautiful and includes the Trapani salt pans, the beach of San Vito Lo Capo and the nearby Zingaro nature reserve. The villa is surrounded by a well tended garden with palm trees and typical mediterranean plants. The swimming pool and large terraces offer fabulous sea views and are well equipped for outdoor living. Inside, the property is cosy and bright and has been tastefully decorated. Situated all on one level the property consists of a living/dining room, kitchen corner, one double bedroom, one twin/double bedroom and one single bedroom. There is one bathroom with shower.
The location of this property is excellent for those wanting to relax by the pool or at the beach but also excellent for those who want to explore Sicily. Boat rides along the coast and a stroll through the Zingaro nature reserve are highly recommended.
Electricity consumption is inclusive up to 300 Kwh per week. An extra consumption fee of € 0,25 per Kwh is to be paid locally.
