This property is ideal for those who enjoy snorkelling, diving, and swimming in the clear blue sea that is right on your doorstep. Guests have direct access to the rocks and sea in the Plemmirio nature reserve.

Situated only meters from the shoreline on the southern side of Siracusa, one of Italy's most seductive historical cities. This area has become popular with those who enjoy underwater exploring, submerged archaeological courses and the numerous grottos that have been discovered.

Siracusa and its beautiful ancient quarter ‘Ortgia’ and remarkable Greek theatre where tragedies are still performed every year is only a short drive away as is the Capital of Baroque ‘Noto’. Also nearby is Cava Grande, a spectacular gorge and the deepest canyon in Europe: a series of rock pools, waterfalls and ancient cave-homes
