This three-floor apartment is located in a detached historical building that was restored in 2001. It is on Lungomare, which is Ortigia’s seafront street and has stunning sea views. The ground floor is comprised of a fully furnished sitting/dining area and kitchen area. On the first floor there is a sitting room with a double sofa bed and a balcony with a sea view. There is a full bathroom with shower and also a washing machine. The second floor has a bedroom furnished with a queen-sized double bed and is separated from the terrace with a glass wall. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and has a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment has very tasteful furnishings throughout and it is air-conditioned on the first and second floors. The price is not inclusive of electricity charges

There is no free parking close to the property but it is possible to stop a car outside to offload and pick up. There is a large car park and on-street paid parking nearby.
