Casa Patti is a beautiful farmhouse just a stones throw away from a sandy beach in the ancient town on the northern coast of Sicily. Arranged over two floors, this house has been recently restored and retains its original architectural features. Decorated simply yet elegantly the property is spacious and comfortable. The ground floor offers a spacious living/dining room with a kitchen area and a bathroom. On the first floor, accessed also via an external staircase, are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside the house, a shaded terrace surrounded by olive and citrus trees is perfect for keeping cool on hot summer days.

Patti is a small Sicilian town situated on the northern coast of Sicily, 65 Km away on the western side of Messina. Here, the coast offers both beautiful sandy beaches and a rocky shoreline. There are endless nearby attractions to visit including the Norman Cathedral, the ruins of the Roman Villa with its precious mosaics, the ceramic Museum; Tyndaris - an ancient Roman-Greek town founded in 396 B.C. - whose important archaeological site still maintains the original Greek Theatre, the Basilica, the thermal baths and the ruins of the ancient walls; the Natural Reserve of Marinello with its sand dune and salt water lakes and marine caves. There are also many interesting festas and cultural events to attend including "la processione delle varette" (a religious parade taking place on the Holy Friday), the "Tindari Festival" which includes literary, musical and ballet performances performed in the Greek theatre of Tindari during the summer months of July and August; the feast of Our Lady of Sorrows - with its eccentric sea parade and popular street games - occurring in the second weekend of September.
