Lovely detached beach house situated just a stones throw away from the sea and a long stretch of fine, sandy beach in Marina di Modica. The house has recently undergone renovation and the result is a fresh and modern property with a simple and tasteful decor. Built on one level, the property remains cosy and is well equipped.
The rooms are all of a good size, the living room is bright with large window doors leading out onto the large terrace that surrounds the house. The property offers two bedrooms of which one is double and the other twin. There is also a sofa bed available for 2 additional guests. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with wc and wash basin only. There is also an outside shower for when you come back from a long day at the beach.
