This pretty holiday home is only 200 meters from the white sandy beaches of Marina di Ragusa and a five minute walk to the 'lungomare' Marina's seafront promenade renowned for its ice cream parlours.
The villa is in an excellent position for visiting the towns of the Noto valley "a world heritage site", or driving along the coast to ancient Siracusa, stopping along the way to visit quaint fishing villages such as Marzamemi and portopalo, you may also want to visit Pachino famous for its wine and cherry tomatoes.
Walking through the front garden under the shaded terrace you'll find the main entrance to the house, entering on the ground floor into the living/dining area.
The living room is large and has a cosy sunken lounge area with an open fireplace. There are two doors leading from the living room, one to a bathroom and the other to a small well equipped kitchen. Patio doors from the kitchen lead out to the back garden and alfresco dining area complete with its open - air kitchen and fantastic barbecue, there is also an outhouse with a laundry room, shower and seperate WC.
Stairs from the living room lead up to the first floor and down to the basement. The first floor has three bedrooms, one double, two single and a bathroom. The basement has two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, a small living room with an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom.

The Baroque towns of Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Scicli part of the Noto valley are just a 15- 20 minute drive away, the Donnafugata Castle is a 20 minute drive, there are 2 restaurants at the castle open all year. Noto “European capital of Baroque” is an hour’s drive and a 90 minute drive will get you to ancient Siracusa.
